Clare is an Accredited Dietitian, Sports Dietitian, and Nutritionist with years of experience helping people reach their health, nutrition, and performance goals.
With a strong background in sport, Clare has previously worked at Essendon Football Club across the AFL, VFL and AFLW programs. She also brings personal experience in endurance sport, having completed several triathlons, marathons, and ultra-marathons.
Clare works with clients across healthy weight loss, sports nutrition, muscle building and women’s health. Her approach is practical, evidence-based and centred around creating balanced, sustainable eating patterns that nourish rather than restrict, to support long-term results.
She also supports individuals experiencing binge eating, combining nutrition education with behavioural strategies to help them break unhelpful cycles and build a healthier, more confident relationship with food.
